Scope is focused on helping clients deliver prizes, vouchers, and e-vouchers in a way that’s:
- Accurate: Ensuring winners receive the right reward.
- Timely: Coordinating delivery schedules with campaign timelines.
- Compliant: Handling data securely, respecting PDPA and contest regulations.
- Branded: Packaging or digital communication aligned with client identity
Service Components
- Prize Handling: Physical items (gadgets, hampers, branded merchandise) stored, packed, and delivered.
- Voucher Distribution: Printing, coding, and dispatch of paper vouchers.
- E-Voucher Management: Secure generation and emailing/SMS of digital vouchers (Shopee, Grab, Lazada, etc.).
- Winner Communication: Drafting acknowledgement letters, emails, or SMS notifications.
- Tracking & Reporting: Providing clients with dashboards or reports on fulfilment status.
