Job Responsibilities

e-Commerce Growth & Activation:

  • Manage and optimize online storefronts on Shopee and Lazada, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate product listings.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to plan and execute online promotions.
  • Liaise with platform representatives to secure advertising and promotional support.
  • Oversee payment processing for online programs and campaigns.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Develop engaging contests and content to boost visibility on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Monitor partner social media accounts to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging.

Campaign Coordination & Support:

  • Assist in coordinating digital campaigns, including warranty classification updates with service teams.
  • Work with legal teams to finalize terms and conditions for campaign redemption portals.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform dynamics.
