Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with part-time and full-time retail promoters to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Utilize databases, job advertisements, and referrals to identify and attract best retail promoters.
  • Create compelling job postings and manage advertisements across job portals to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates and match them with suitable roles.
  • Lead job briefings and training sessions to ensure retail promoters are fully prepared and aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide recruitment support for special projects and assist in event setups as required.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with key clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
