Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting sales operations, managing records, and ensuring smooth communication across staff and management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced tasks in Microsoft Excel; candidates will be required to complete an Excel proficiency test.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support, including; drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings or demo loan units and managing communication channels (phone calls, emails) related to performance and programs.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, including data entry, consolidation, updating, and ensuring proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
  • Handle record-keeping tasks such as program letters, program attainment updates, and sales updates.
  • Assist with POE preparation and track consolidation progress.
  • Process invoices and support general administrative functions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (testing required).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in administration or sales support is an advantage.
